FAU-G, The Replacement of PUBG Will Launch in October With Galwan Valley Backdrop


Battle Royal mobile video game FAU-G is to be launched by an Indian firm in partnership with Bollywood star Akshay Kumar. This video game is expected to get the benefit of being banned as PUBG in India. The Fearless and United: Guards (FAU-G) game will be launched by the end of October by Bengaluru-based nCore Games. This information was given by the news agency Reuters, quoting the company’s co-founder Vishal Gondal.

“For youngsters in India, gaming is becoming an important form of entertainment. With FAU-G, I’m hoping that as they play the game, they will learn about the sacrifices of our soldiers and also contribute to the families of the martyrs; and with this, each one of us has the ability to support PM Modi’s vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.”

FAU:G has been developed to follow Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Vocal for Local' vision and go for Indian products and services for an 'Atmanirbhar Bharat.' It remains to be seen how to game is like in terms of gameplay.

To recall, the PUBG Mobile alternative was announced a few days after the Indian Government banned 118 Chinese apps due to security and privacy concerns The list includes PUBG Mobile, PUBG Mobile Lite, Baidu, WeChat Work, and more apps. This was the third time India banned Chinese apps; it previously banned 59 apps (TikTok, CamScanner, Beauty Plus, and more) in June and 47 more apps in July.

What To Expect From First Episode Of FAU-G

FAU-G’s first episode will be based on the Galway Valley incident, the game is aiming to educate players about the crucial incidents of our country. The game will mirror the actual incident to show the scenarios faced by the Indian soldiers. Moreover, 20 percent of the revenue earned by the game will be donated to BharatKeVeer's trust. So far we have only this much information about the upcoming games. We are looking forward to receiving more information about the game as we move closer to the launch.
